Acceptance of terms
By requesting AC repair, HVAC maintenance, installation, or any related service through this website, phone, or in person, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not book or request service.
Service scope
Service includes diagnosis and, when approved, repair or replacement of components related to your air conditioning system. Some issues require additional parts, follow-up visits, or specialist support. We may decline work that is unsafe, non-compliant, or outside our service scope.
Scheduling and site access
Appointment windows are estimates and may shift due to traffic, weather, emergencies, or prior jobs. You agree to provide safe access to equipment, utilities, and work areas. If we cannot access the system or complete the visit, a trip charge may apply.
Estimates and change orders
Any estimate is based on the conditions observed at the time of inspection. If hidden damage, code requirements, or additional faults are discovered, we will explain the change and request approval before proceeding. Work not approved by you will not be performed.
Pricing and payment
Pricing may include a diagnostic fee, labor, parts, and disposal where applicable. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Past-due balances may result in paused service and may be subject to collection costs where permitted.
Cancellations and no-shows
If you need to reschedule, please notify us as early as possible. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee to cover technician time and travel. Emergencies happen—contact us and we’ll try to work with you.
Warranty and limitations
Labor and parts warranties (if offered) apply only to the specific work performed and may not cover pre-existing conditions, improper use, or issues caused by other contractors, power problems, or neglected maintenance. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
